Business enquiries

We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you ask about.

Booking a call

The booking link opens a separate service hosted at links.chosendigital.co.uk. Its booking form asks for the details needed to arrange the call. This site does not load the booking widget until you follow the link.

Website security

Our hosting and security provider receives technical information, such as your IP address and details of your request, to deliver and protect the website.

Live chat

If you open Live chat, the site connects to HighLevel’s LeadConnector service. We use your messages and any contact details you leave to reply to your question. HighLevel stores the conversation in our inbox and may use browser storage to keep the chat session working. Please leave out homeowner details and other people’s personal information.

Advertising and analytics

This site does not load advertising or analytics scripts.

Retention and service providers

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, deal with any disputes and meet record-keeping obligations. We then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security, HighLevel and LeadConnector for booking, live chat and business communications, and Google for email, calendar and video meetings. These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their data-processing terms include safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the UK transfer addendum where applicable. Contact us for further information.

Why we use your details

We use information to respond to questions and manage our business relationships, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing customers. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we use the information needed to respond to that request. We also use information where needed to meet legal obligations.

Your rights
